A: We have IT Professional team providing Emergency or Level 1/Level 2 support to business including on site, remote and on call support. It will cover problem associated with server, desktop, server room, router and switches.
Q: “How long you will take to get emergency on-site support for business?”
A: Usually we will take 2 hours to get on site to fix the problem
Q: “How long will the repair take?”
A: We offer two levels of service, emergency 24hr or 2-3 working day repair. If you opt for the emergency service and it is delayed past 24hrs, then your service will be downgraded to the standard service cost. Please ask the price
Q: “Do you have a shop or office?”
A: Yes, we have office and if you want to drop the equipment then give us call first
Q: “Can repairs be carried out on-site at my home or business?”
A: No, We provide on-site support to business only
Q: “Is your service no-fix no-fee?”

A: Relax… These messages are nasty scams that have affected THOUSANDS of internet users. We can remove these types of virus / malware easily
Q: “How is payment accepted?”
A: We can accept payment by credit/debit card – Visa / Master Card / Maestro / America Express via PayPal and also we encourage bank transfer for business.
Q: “Can you optimise and remove viruses on-site?”
A: For Business YES, we thoroughly remove all infections and optimise for speed and efficiency. This process normally takes 5-6 hours and for Home Services you should drop the computer at office for removal of viruses
Q: “Do you sell only parts? (Such as a charger, keyboard, etc.)”
